Decor of the Muskie Bunkie is meant to inspire "PMA" (Positive Muskie Attitude) and includes historic muskie photos from the area, photos of many VFGS clients with their catches and even a beautiful replica mount of the largest muskie ever landed by a VFGS client at this location!!! Each of the two bedrooms have one queen-sized bed and one single. This rental cottage also has a BBQ and fully equipped kitchen with spacious dining area. There's even a laundry washer and dryer to provide the option of getting a load done during an extended stay or drying a lucky hoodie if you're caught in rain. At the dock you'll find complimentary parking for boat trailers and electrical supply for charging trolling motor batteries.

The eastern coast of Georgian Bay is famous not only for its spectacular 30,000 Islands scenery but also for its long history of producing some of the largest muskies in the world. The Muskie Bunkie is located where the Magnetawan River flows into Georgian Bay, providing both sheltered and open water options for some of the best fishing for muskie and large pike on all of Georgian Bay. This rental cabin is on a convenient drive-to site within minutes of a marina and a restaurant as well as a general store that sells liquor, beer, wine and a basic selection of groceries and hardware.
